The old mezzadria system is still used here, passion plays the most important role of this olive oil.




Many of the men here have been born and brought up on this estate and take a particular pride in their work;

carefully labelling their crates, personally taking their olives to the mill, supervising the pressing of the olives, staying often all night for the first taste of that green nectar which you too can be privy to.
